Yes, and we encourage it. Credit unions often beat dealer-arranged rates. We don't mark up rates, so we have no incentive to steer you.

Do you work with challenged credit?

Our lender network covers the full credit spectrum. Score affects your rate and down payment requirement, not whether we'll work with you.

How fast is a trade appraisal?

Send the VIN, mileage and condition and you'll have a number within 24 hours, usually much sooner.

Can I trade in a vehicle I still owe on?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Send us your payoff amount and we'll handle the lender directly. If you have equity it goes toward your next vehicle; if you're upside down we'll show you exactly how much rolls forward.

Do I have to buy from you to sell to you?

No. We buy vehicles outright with no purchase required.

Where do you deliver?

Anywhere in the continental United States. Delivery within 100 miles is typically included; beyond that we quote transport at cost with no markup.

Is there a warranty?

Vehicles still inside the factory powertrain or bumper-to-bumper window carry that coverage forward. Outside of that, we offer third-party service contracts at our cost — we don't profit on them, so take one or don't, your call.

Can I return a vehicle?

We offer a 3-day / 300-mile satisfaction window on delivered vehicles, subject to the terms in your purchase agreement. If the vehicle isn't what we described, we make it right.

Can I have my own mechanic inspect it?

Accepted Answer

Always. We'll arrange a pre-purchase inspection at the shop of your choosing before the sale closes.
